Hey, i'm starting to learn some about websites and php, i want to know why i cant edit some pictures on my website like for example if i go to htdocs/layouts/tibiacom/images/themeboxes/newcomer
there is a file there "newcomerbox" when i try to edit it to add another picture or like to make other colours..etc i check website it stays the same as it is? i tryed closing Xampp then running it again, i'd like to know what to do so i can edit my website, thanks!
