Did you restart the server or just reloaded the config?

It seems to be working quite well for me at least after the same changes.

in logout or login he takes 1 minute to leave whoisonline

config.lua is in is hosting not in dedicated

if I log out and look for my char he will give as logged out, but he keeps showing up for 1 minute in whoisonline
