Jak zrobic ograniczenie, by tutor mogl dac max 2 namelocki w ciagu godziny oraz max 5 namelockow w ciagu dnia ?

Możesz na przykład zrobić listę trzymającą daty. Usuwać starsze niż dzień, a przy próbie dodania sprawdzać ostatnie 2 czy minęła godzina i ostatnie 5. Z reszta nie umiem tłumaczyć
