Hello everyone! I've been reading around at forum, but i can't really find what i'm looking for.
I want to set a permanent tutorialarrow on map. I know its with effect 56 i think. But i dont know how to set it to my map. Also, i'd like to know how to add some "sparkling words" on map aswell.. i've seen it on many servers, but i dont really know how to do it.
So, if someone could make me a short explanation, that would be awesome! Thanks for you time and help!
