This tutorial here will hopefully allow you to safely buy a house, without getting scammed by the scammers that are out there. So, Let's begin.
Step 1: Find someone selling a house, make sure its a reasonable amount, they're selling it for, not allowing them to sell it for cheap as you may get scammed then. You'll then go to there house and bring your money with you.
Step 2: Next; You'll want to have the owner of the house go inside of their house and stand in-front of the door.
Step 3: You'll then have the owner of the house say !Sellhouse "insert player name" and a trade will initiate. You will put your money up but before accepting the trade, you'll see that they have a "deed" to the house, that looks like a scroll. You'll want to make sure you right click on the deed/scroll, text will appear. If its an actually deed to the house, you'll see text saying who the house is owned by, and the location of the house, you'll want to accept the trade for that deed.
If its not the deed to the house then you'll see text pop up that says "You see a scroll" and that is NOT what you want. You should instantly decline the trade, and possibly take a screenshot of the trade, and the scroll being right clicked so the community can realize who the scammers are, and aren't.
Step 4: After you've accepted the trade, the owners stuff will instantly be removed to their depot and the house will be in your name, allowing you to enter the home.
If you ever want to leave your house, just do !leavehouse and the house will be available on the website for bidding.
