Tutorial to get a .com domain?

Hi, could anyone link me or tell me how to get a .com / .eu domain? anything besides servegame.com or no-ip.com...

Ive only find .com but it costs 37$ and i heard they are way more cheap like 9,99 dollars etc but i cant find any or understand how to get my cepteria.dyndns-ip.com to cepteria.com

Just a quick search, maybe there is a cheaper one, but 15$ per year isn't much anyway.

Just go to Domain Registration / New Top Level Domains, search for your domain, select the .com one if it's free, register and they will charge off the money once a year
