Experience from Tibia.com: I was a tutor for a few months and then got updraded to a Senior Tutor position - I kept that position for several years until the position was totally useless; I was not in need a title or a special font in the help-channel in order to share my knowledge with other players. However, despite being a 'regular player' I kept on helping other players due to my strong interest in helping others.
Total years of Tibia+OTs: 5-6 years.
What's a proper tutor?: A proper tutor is a caring tutor; who doesn't just give away a shitty answer to a fully understandable question.
What can I expect from you?: I can do a lot of coding stuff. For instance, I could help you with neccessary functions on the web. But more relevant; I can do a proper gamemaster jobb. I'm fair and I have had a lot of successful servers in the past. You can just check out my history.

So let's set the wheels in motion? It's in my belief that we can get on quite well. P.S: I also think your server will be quite interesting. The 7.6~ version of Tibia was my favorite.

On the highscore list i saw "Gm Lauri" and "Gm Znote"
so I guess it's them

It's not about who asked first.
It's about those I feel most comfortable with giving a gamemaster task, and it's more than friendship, I need to know these enforcers know what it's about and not being unsure.
And I've told you the situation already so there's no need for me to explain.

There should be gm with experience within the server and with experience of what I want out of them, before I get more, so the head gamemasters can straight things up if some less experienced gm would do something that could go out of hands.

@Luffy1255, Lauri and Znote as gamemasters, that's right.
They do not have the gamemasters yet, the actual Gm chars are just in idle-status so they can't reach the game yet.
They will gain their Gms within a few days.
 
U just pick who feel comfortable with not who has the best experience, I see now you are just an asshole

Just show's another realsoft Money server, i backed up for him but i'm thinking differently now, I wouldn't be pissed but he TOLD me i was in the top 3 most likely to get picked, And then lauri 1. that's fine but then 2. ZNOTE [DIDN'T EVEN APPLY] took my position, that pisses me off

And stop say I'm an asshole and lie I'm stalking you, I replied to your hate pm to me that I'm an asshole and lying that I should have given you Gm.

edit: Now I realize, you were only nice because you were asslicking yourself into a gm position, I'm glad you misjudged the facts so you showed yourself before the time came.

I've read it, I've also read how you PMed me saying I should "mind my own bussines"
Deal with it that you aren't choosen, OTland is not the only way of communating about OTs, there are plenty of other ways
It's EliteOTs his choice who the GMs will be and who not

That's what happens nowadays... Gotta be on the lookout for that!

As for the application im dissapointed I wasn't chosen! Oh wells, maybe the second round pick I'll be in better luck. But now that the decision was made, I would be grateful if you can give me, or even others advise of sorts for the sent applications that did not make the cut. Improvement purposes of course, always room for constructive critisim! If you can take the time that would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
