Two Problems with my wedsite

Hay
after 5 days of struggling Finlay I made my website (

flhighexp.zapto.org

)
but there is two problems I got
First one is : when I try to make a new account in the server this appears to me
(To use reCAPTCHA you must get an API key from http://recaptcha.net/api/getkey )
and when I open the link above it says to me error 404 so what is that and how can I fix it ?

and when I try to login with any account except the Admin account which I made in step 5 nothing happen
my server works on (Sha1)
and when I go to localhost/phpmyadmin
and change the code to the original password it works in the site so how can I fix it ?

please I need your help

2. You are missing tables in your database. Enable error reporting (add this in index.php after <?PHP)

ini_set( 'display_errors', 'On' );
error_reporting( E_ALL );

And then log-in on your account.

first where can I put the key which I get from that link ?
I got 2 keys but I don't know where to put them ?

and second I added that (
ini_set( 'display_errors', 'On' );error_reporting( E_ALL ); )
but still nothing happened
so please can you explain more ?

If it's gesior acc then you should put these keys in /config/config.php

Can you tell more what happens when you are trying to log-in? Wrong password, blank page, any error?
