Linux Ubunto Server sensitive?

Hello when i running my tfs on my ubunto it gets sensitive on loading spells monsters weapons and all but when i run on windows whit same data all works why it so sensitive?

Why is linux case sensitive?

so i have to fix all spells and all other things so it 100%

becuse
Captain Sniper = works
captain sniper = dont works
