Compiling [Ubuntu 16.04.7 LTS] - "cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

Hello, I have a problem. I've never met him. For a long time I was doing an OTS project on a local server (localhost). The problem started, I moved the whole server to VPS (Ubuntu 16.04.7 LTS). Errors started to appear in the console, I searched various Discussion Forums and unfortunately no hints to solve the problem helped.

Is there anyone here who can help solve this problem?
