Does anyone know why I can only connect to my database. I cannot connect to my website.

I tried connecting with the ip for the vps and using localhost. It wont load anything when I use the ip but when I add :3380 to the end it will bring the database up. I've never had this problem with a vps before.

Any ideas why the website wouldn't register?

I am using Don's set up for Ubuntu.

Ports are blocked for incoming traffic maybe.

I had similar issue with windows azure, I had to enable incoming traffic for specific ports.
