Ue still overpowered

How is it that a 77 ms can hit me 500 from ue just like that? shouldnt it be changed cause its annyoing that u can make 2x 60 lvl with mlvls 80 or so and can own annyone with about 1000 hp,

i'm lvl 85 sorc and i hit 350~ with flam ue

(he did aprox 650dmg and I had like 800 hp at that lvl)

thats bcz of the m lvl, people still have too high m lvl

its not that the ue is overpowered, the problem is the high magic lvl rate

If you are going to bring the mag level down more you should also lower the paladin dmg i took over 800+ with assasin star on frosts on level 140 with dist 104 >.<

Yeah true, I am magic level 80 on magic level 100. On (cipsoft) tibia, there are many mages, which didn't train there magic level. They do have around magic level 65. For paladins: Distance 90? For knights: Skill 80?

Yes! The spells, Hells Core and Rage of the Skies, should be more "level-depending".
