Ultimate Challenges quest

I have, for some time now, tried to do the Ultimate Challanges Quest, posted on the Tutorial page for quests.
In short, the TP doesn't work and I can't for my life find the diving room.. Would you mind helping me out?

For some reason he has removed the bridge from the boat (at mystic island) to the diving room, I've been wanting to try this quest for some time too now ;o
