just a question are u still able to do demon oak without demons? because if its not thats totally not fair since many people have already done it
 
yes, i have checked and seen that, but that doesnt mean that he didnt/wont add them

Are you? The text you copied has been on the site since before the killing in the name of quest was implemented. It's a fair question to ask because now they say in one place that the quest has been implemented and in another place that you don't need to do it.
