The Undead cave doesn't respawn in 3 days now.. whats the wrong?

Unless you have characters camping the spawn, and other characters blocking off the spawn, then you have no way of knowing when exactly the cavebear spawns. For all you know, 10 of them couldve spawned.

since 3 days? yesterday atleast 3 of them spawned, 2 days ago 5 spawned and 3 days ago atleast 3 too

He doesn't necessarily spawn after server save, since the spawn is random and he can spawn any time during the day.
