1. Search in Otland and you will find few tutorials to decrease the attack.
2. You can't handle a strong DDoS without a strong bandwith.
3. IP - Tables

Limiting connections per ip and such, but a strong DDoS can't be stopped.
Looking at the fact you own kimsufi/ovh server, anything above 50mb/s will put your server lagging/offline.

but which company is good to use than?
I heard about hosteam.pl, that dedicated server compant have protection for DDOS?

No. No Company will block a strong DDoS attack.

Yes hosteam is a great company because of smart owners. But 99% sure their servers can be taken offline just as easy as kimsufis/ovhs and others.
