Complaint Unfair Banishment

Hello i am Darkflame
i got one point as infraction for trolling and after 3 days i got banned.
any warning and mods are flaming and trolling too.

i need first 3 infractions and not permanent ban (first ban ever) for 1 month, my ban will be lifted in 9 april and it was long time ago.

the right decision would be giving first 1 infraction more and if banned only one week and not one month

where is the point?

Actually you have 6 warnings and 2 infraction in your history. You got banned for 2 weeks which is very appropriate if you continued (and I can assume you did) to behave badly.
You should also know that you don't need to get 3 infractions before getting banned and moderator knows what is the right decision. What is "permanent ban (first ban ever) for 1 month" ?

No, the right decission for you is to stick to the rules, stop thinking you won't get punished just because you imagine how do we work.

second. warning are outdated after 1 week, so i had 0 warnings total at this time...

third. talaturen said 3 infractions need for ban..... why u "wannabe" mods are breaking this rule?

All moderators or only Samme? Don't include 'all' just because 'one'. Also, I don't see moderators flaming lately, I guess you are taking moderation as something personal while we don't.

That doesn't mean that after a warning expires next time you make a rule infringement you'll receive another yellow card. You can even get banished after that if the reason is enough.

I'm already a moderator...And that's not a rule. Remember that all mods don't work the same way, as some have different personalities and other manners to work.

yes but i follow rules from talaturen and u guys have to follow his rules also, so why u break this rule? that shows me you are an moderator who got his own rules and this acctually is destroying the complete infrastructure of this community board.

you are not the admin, you are here to keep the forum clean and not to make ur own rules.

Infractions expire so that they don't count for AUTOMATIC banishment when they're expired. Warning practically are expired immidiately, because they never count for that. They weren't a reason for the banishment but you're trolling was. You think that you can let's say post porn link every 10 days and we cannot do anything but give you infraction, because you don't have active infractions ? You're wrong.

Where is this rule written ? Rules are here: Rules The rule you're refering to is the rule of forum system, it bans you after 3 infractions. We don't have "infrastructure" at Otland. It's rather barely possible.

Moderators have the right to ban you if they think you didn't behave correctly. If you don't agree with the banishment you can post it here like you did. The moderators already explained why you where banned, so I think this can be closed now? Should have been closed right after the answer if you ask me.

Don Daniello already answered twice with a good amount of answers to your questions, if you still think your banishment was unfair, you can contact elf or one of our administrators, they are the ones who can actually decide if a moderator did wrong or not.

I'm sorry for posting on a closed thread but I have to clear two things out. If you think that a moderator is behaving inappropriately for his position you should PM an administrator informing him for the problem in question. Also, Talaturen didn't mean that you'll get banned only after 3 infractions are given to you, but you need 3 infractions to get automatically banished by the system. You can be banned based on your history or on the seriousness of the offence.
