Uniform server, not accesible from internet

We didn't manage to solve it. We opened port 80 but still he cannot connect to his website. He used wireless connection maybe that's the reason.

Disable firewall aswell just incase.

In Windows you need to add an advanced firewall rule for port 80 (TCP) inbound and outbound. DO not drop your firewall completely, it's entirely unnecessary.
