i downloaded this link : Download 12_0_0_ZeroXII.exe (29.0 MB)

When i start it and trying to enable apache it gives me this error "The program can't start because VCRUNTIME140.DLL is missing from your computer, try installing the program to fix this problem.

then gives me " Apache failed to start "

any ideA ?

It worked for me too, thanks guys(Visual C++)! I might add that I had to install the x86 even though my PC is 64 bit.
