You DocumentRoot is probably pointing towards a folder without a index file.

Check in your configuration where DocumentRoot is pointing, and if that folder has a file named index.php/html or something like that.
When you are inside the configuration file, you can also check if DirectoryIndex is set.

You should be able to open the configuration file from the uniformserver application, probably something like apache -> vhosts/config
