Unique ID for all access

What do I need to set as the unique ID in the properties menu of the remere editor, so that everyone can open the quest door. Current one is set to "9022" and no characters can open it. This is for the blue and green djinn doors, but instead of the quest I want everyone to be able to access it. Thank you for your time.
