Uniserv / phpmyadmin problems..

Hello!
Im using uniserv, and when im trying to enter http://localhost/apanel/phpmyadmin/, It says
Anslutningen misslyckades
Firefox kan inte upprätta en anslutning till servern på localhost.

Translated from swedish :
connection failed
Firefox can not establish a connection to the server at localhost.

Anyone knows what to do ?

Turn off skype and check server status.

Shut down uniserver. Close Skype. delete Xammp. Start Uniserver. Then left click on your uniserver tray icon, and choose phpmyadmin. That should get you there. If it doesn't, then stop uniserver, and click on server status. If you could post that screenshot here, it would be great. Thanks
