uniserver apache failed to start?

Keep getting a error message saying Apache failed to start on uniserver... MySQL is loading up fine but apache will not load.. why

using forgotten server version 0.2.15 mystic spirit

Could be that port 80 is already occupied by etc Skype or ISS/Microsoft SQL reporting service.

For me, skype was the problem. Go to Tools > Options > Advanced > Connection > and uncheck "use port 80 and 443..".
Restart Skype, and ur done. :)
