Windows Uniserver cant open PHP

Variable 'lc_messages' can't be set to the value of es_ES

i just installed it and followed the Znote tutorial but its too old.. this is a much newer version
and i dunno what to do to opeh PHP :/

you should set lc_messages to "es_ES"

Did you manage to solve this? I have the same problem.
Internet says to set lc to es_ES, the thing is that there is no line in the mi.ini file related to locale.

I'm using XAMPP right now... It is working really fine. You should try it if u can't fix this

I got the same error and i think the only way to fix it is clicking on "Edit" button that it shows you, and then, the URL will change, so replace where it says es_ES to en_EN and press enter.
Sometimes works, but if it doesnt, just investigate a little more, be curious and try different things until it works.
