Uniserver help please!!

I already installed and rebooted twice my ports are open

MySQL port = 3306
MySQL executable name = mysqld-opt.exe
MySQL service name = MySQLS1
MySQL run status = Not running
MySQL install status = Undefined!

PORT STATUS:

Apache port = 80 Undefined!
Apache SSL port = 443 Undefined!
MySQL port = 3306 Undefined!

If u installed uniserver and click on the "1" icon you can see at the top: Install and run services, if you done so, you can click start server (apache server), if it all failed try to reïnstall uniserver, also did you used the tutorial of Znote? http://otland.net/f479/nothing-full...niform-server-forgotten-server-0-3-6-a-77593/
just read it carefully and you will succeed with the uniserver

Yeah I've followed it, I have no idea what's going on sometimes the MYsql will work and apache wont and vice-versa, I really don't know what's happening and I almost had my server mapped out and everything.. It was all running fine before :/ i think it might have something to do with a fire-wall but i dont know really I have everything administrated and I've allowed everything.
