My account loserland was banned and the reason given

You have been banned for the following reason:
Use your real account faggot

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

The problem with this is loserland is my real account now, cause my original account got banished for illegal advertisement some time ago, i take responsibility for that, yes i broke a rule and got banned, but my new account gets banned just caused i asked a real question and someone seems to think im hiding behind a fake name, no one is hiding, if anyone wants to know ill gladly share who i am.

Now im asking for the ban on Loserland to be lifted since i broke no rule to have it banished.

The ban is permanent, you can't just get out of it by making a new account.

If he bans you, its to BAN you, not so you can choose a new username and come back.

There was 4 global mods that new i came back and they were okay with it, so i basically had permission, and no i won't state names of which mods, rather not get them involved in the random nonsense.

But either way the reason i came back cause a perm ban for the first infraction, even if it was just a simple illegal advertisement deal i believe is way overboard.

You don't get permanent banishment for single illegal ad.

My account Big Vamp, which had no previous infractions got a permant ban and a 24 hour ip ban against it for having a url to vapus on a post.

If your able to see the records feel free to go check them.

I'll have to agree with you, specifically on the ban reason, it's not the way a moderator should behave.

Yes? Just check the username he's using, "Loserland". It's enough to ban him as it is a direct insult to Otland (and our members extensively). Moreover, since he's banished on his primary account then it should stay as it is. Creating a new user is not a way around a banishment.

Acutally its a username i used before i joined otland, it was directed at forgeofelements for being pa by a gm on there, only thing i could think of at the time.

Like i said it was the only thing that came to mind at the time, specifically cause it was one of the names that auto popped up on my thing from previous use. I didn't think nothing about the loserland vs otland name clash at the time.
