Mysql error: unknown column 'date' in 'field list' (1054)

It would be awesome if you could help us with this.

The error is telling you whats wrong >.>...

Your query does not match your table...

Use INSERT INTO and add 'date' to whatever table your trying to run the query

Make sure to use single quotations as well (')
