Update 8.54-8.6

Hi,
Well ive working on a project, And i gonna update it from 8.54 to 8.6
But.. The items.xml has change alot since. Is there anyway i can see which item id:s that been changed?
Ive also got some items that been customized but i cant remember every single id of em' so its kinda hard to just change to the new items.xml file. :/

I really need some fast help. Thank you all in advance!

try using your old items.xml and items.otb just downgrade it and add manually items with otitemeditor and save it with 8.6 items (otitemeditor)
