You Need to download Sqlite expert
SQLite Expert - SQLite Database Administration Tool
And open file of Accounts
Make Id of gm (god) 3
and open Commands folder
and change all of them to 3 and if there number 2 or 1 dont change it.

For Account Manger you can fix wrong postion in Sqlite expert
just open and add town ID 5
You need to add Tp for Yalahr city.
