Update PHP verision?

I am trying to get a website with ACC for my serv up now. I have installed Modern ACC 0.1 and a layout (wow layout, by someone i dont remember, awesome work!). So when i type in 127.0.0.1 in my adressbar i get this (screenshot):

So what to do? I´ll try to find the +rep button if you help me get all running eace:

I guess you're using xampp so update it.
