Im not sure about other parts of the forum, but in the Scripting section, theres alot of outdated stickys, especially Lua Functions List etc. Wouldn't take long, or just unstick em and sticky newer ones when they are created.

Ofcourse, time for the mods to use their stickyskills, but I think they are afraid to sticky a thread because then the other might "dislike" the chosen thread and then we have an evul circle of evulness.

Pull your fing.. out of your utt and break the rules for once!

dislike or not, there is always a general agreement for sticky posts... The post that benefits the majority of the population in helpful INFORMATION should be stickied.

Board moderators got boards which they are supposed to handle, you don't need people to report it for you.
You don't even need to search for them really, just open a board and check the top threads (stickies) and their dates & info

Nope, I see them every day, but if you must know there are some in the Lua Request subforum, on of which says in the post it is outdated since 2007... the other is for 0.2.1 -.-

Board moderators do check the boards and they are active enough, personally I don't really check sticky threads, I'm just looking for bad threads/posts. If we don't need people to report the outdated stickied then why do we even have a report function? If they don't want to report them then they shouldn't be complaining about them since they were ignorant enough to avoid reporting them.

Please report them so we can unstick them :)

Yeah, that one

As Feloth said, report the stickies which you believe they are outdated and I'll take care of them.

Sorry I just figured the report function shouldn't be used for that since it says this at the bottom when used.
Note: This is ONLY to be used to report spam, advertising messages, and problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts.

Ive reported to ntmr when hes was online since he was one of the moderators for that board, but nothing happened.

oh well I thought problematic was defined by the three in parenthesis, (harassment, fighting, or rude) seeing as it did not have any sense of continuation such as an "etc." or an "..." I assumed those three were the definition of problematic being referenced.

Report function is used for everything that needs moderation, common sense.

I find it pretty insulting when you say its common sense. Especially when there are exact details of when to use the report function, but since I got my answer you can close this thread cause apparently I've pissed you off.

The report thing says:

So it's common sense to ignore the rules of the report function?

These rules were specified by the vBulletin team not by Otland's staff members and as you know they can't write everything that every single vBulletin forum would use the report function for. I thought you were intelligent enough to know that we use this function to report threads/posts that need moderation and I'm pretty sure that you use the report function same way on otfans too.

No you didn't piss me off, chill :p I didn't mean to insult you btw :o

The problem is that you say it's common sense to know what it is for and then on the report thing itself it says something else.
report spam, advertising messages, and problematic (harassment, fighting, or rude) posts.

And can you please stop insulting everyone? seriously.
