I think you need decrease the Sudden Death Rune and not Ultimate Explosion,Because Sudden Death you can use each 2 seconds and Ultimate you can use 10-15 seconds.Now the Pvp of lunar are off because u only can kill player in wars,if you wanna kill some booters ?? how i go kill him? and i go kill him with 5 peoples if is level 230+ and u can't hunt if someone walk in your spells .
