No, it's because we are changing everything. We did not choose for everyone to loose their houses. It's something that will happen because the system has changed since the recently house bug problems.

It will not be hard for people to buy back thier house after. And as Talaturen mentioned before. You will be able to do quests over again, which is a good compensation.

There's no way he can get enough cash to own the same house again if it's really wanted.

So old owners should get advantages compared to new bidders.
