Where can I get map converter?

when I open the 8.1 map, it says cannot locate your tibia.dat, please navigate to your tibia 8.1 folder but i want it 8.22

Open the newest version of Remere's Map Editor, but dont' load your map yet. Go to File->Preferences->Client Version. Set the path to your 8.1x Tibia folder and the path to your 8.2x Tibia folder. Now load your map, go to Map->Properties... and change the client version to 8.20. Click Ok and save.
