Compiling Upgrade Evolution 8.6 to 10.x +

Hello i just wanna edit Evolution map in 10.98 client but i don't know how to do that.
How to change client map from 8.60 to 10.98?

1. download rme map editor and change map wersion to 10.98
or
2. Run RME use 10.89 and import map
