Upgrading a 10.10 ot to 10.90

I have this 10.10 server but I want to make it 10.90 so my question is if anyone could help me do it (because I have no idea how to do it or even how to begin) or if someone would want to do it and if they want to get paid how much will it cost?

First download and setup TFS 1.2 (10.90) which can be found here:

Secondly move the old 10.10 files to the new server and start the server to check for errors.
The scripts that gives errors try to fix them and repeat the process until no more errors shows in the server console.

What TFS version do you use on the 10.10 server?
TFS 1.X is based on 0.2 series so most functions should work.
