The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b.) Click OK to close the application

How do I fix this first it says i needed vcruntime140.dll but i put it in my system32 file and it still doesnt work but now it says that even when i delete the dll file from system32 it still says that when i try to run uniserver apache server it worked on my other pc but not this pc help please

I tried Downloading everything it required for me i even put vcruntime140.dll on the same folder as uniserver it does not work please help players are waiting for my website

Update: I even tried to download microsoft things it said to download but it still does not work I even copied my system32 files that works on my laptop ( i cant host on my laptop cuz its avg temp is around 120 C and yes 120 C not F) to my computer and it still doesnt even work how do i fix this? and my laptop is older than my computer

I got the same problem here buddy :( i did the things above me but it still wont work i even tried factory reseting
