Changed the frags to 5 hours instead of 2 days and 10 kills to ban instead of 8

This server is f**king nice/good well done!.. And it even is 7.6 most wanted client! Be warned.

You just download this server and added some spawns. These servers were already a lot of, that is bored also 7.6 is overrated.

yeah maybe so i haven't been hosting any ots in a while i wanted that old feeling back. i added more spawns and as well as new secret quests etc.
