Actually I take offence to that, why not rather point it out to him without criticizing him about it.
and maybe he hasn't heard about it, It's probably his first server, cut him some slack.

New or not, it's always good to read as much info as possible before jumping into something, even then test runs with friends first, ask for there opinions etc. After you think it's nearly done, then decide to launch, but then again i doubt there was much thought in the first place, the site he does have, the text all dark, background all dark, can barely read the text..

what if a player logs out with his items at the depot? and another player comes and takes his items, are you going to ban him for that? I would consider that the players fault and no action would bed required against the player nor a punishment.
