Nah, It's hosted in the US. Which is why theres a US flag, but yeah, It's administrated by someone from Mexico.

i found it some other place where its tagged as Mexico. well we find out if none can speak english.

We've got a full guild of english players, but It's a mexican admin.
This server has been up multiple times under different administration, so you've probably seen another version. =P
