[USA] Enhanced 8.54 RL+Custom

Lowered exp rates, went pvp E with skull system enabled.

Added a legit CTF event
added a mission npc that gives you tasks to kill monsters for a very decent amount of exp and items.
many other tweaks adding goroma medusa's maps is very close to rl minus just a few huntin spots.

Addons are easier to understand website has done alot of upgrading
 
Bump The server just seen a rebalance now pallys arent op and everyone stands a chance ;p upped alot of spells including waves etc and increased sd attack speed
