Basically Im looking to host for someone on my vds from godaddy.com it has 4gbs of ram and a 100mbps connect; im legit so don't worry I wont f*ck around.

This vds can host:
RL Maps, as long as everything is stable. This server cant handle horribly scripted maps that take a lot of pull from the mysql.

I'll take custom maps as long as they arent a horribly detailed, high level exp map. As long as your towns have structure, and you put some effort into it I may give you the spot.

It seems like your trying to pick out a server that you like so you can steal. You just ranted on about "I want this and that and that and so on..." Not saying that you're a thief, but I wouldn't trust this.
 
All I said is Im not wasting my 80$ hosting on a small, un detailed custom map. This is more a rl server thread.. but if people would like to host a custom server theyve been working on; im more than happy to help. Ive got quite a bit of experience myself.

Just let them connect to the remote host directly then? Instead of asking them to send you the files..
 
That's adsactly what they will be doing.. once I find a sensible server to host. I will give the user the information to access the computer to manage the server; I can help with anything though.
 
well theres half a month left, guess no one wants to take advantage of this offer.. oh well your loss. and my loss of 80$ for hosting. theres no one even active on this forum anymore, pretty sad.

Forum is still active, though people rather get a dedicated host (their own) or host themselves nowdays.
