Their loot rate was Decreased and the experience slightly increased. Enjoy team hunting with friends for good loot.

Not free but obtainable.

There are 2 custom quests (lvl 200 & lvl 250) that reward you 15 Shop Points upon completion.
In the future there may be more ways to obtain points.

There is also a Guild Shop for large teams.

Actually that clock is counting up. It's been online for about 1 day and 1 hour now. Sorry for the confusion.

I'd edit it to reduce confusion but unfortunately I don't have access to my computer at the moment.
