Defence - 5% to 10% - {MELEE, SHIELD}
Attack - 4% to 7% - {MELEE}
Armor - 5% to 10% - {ARMOR}
Hit Chance - 10% to 20% - {DISTANCE}
Range - 15% to 30% - {DISTANCE, WAND}
Charges - 20% to 40% - {CHARGES} - Rings/Amulets/etc.
Duration - 20% to 40% - {DURATION_RING}
