You should loot some, & the dwarf quest should give you a new weapon, I don't know if its a bow/xbow or new arrow though.
Or you could use bolts

He loot legendery in every body, he got 80% regular loot

I hope there will never be people with that level, or the drop rate for legendaries changes later on, makes no fun when someone drops them all the time. Also fucks up the prices.
But before that the server should come online :S
