Hello. I have an internal IP. If I buy from a Virtual Private Network provider, if I get an external IP, I will be able to turn on ots on my computer?

Noone host servers on pc anymore, way cheaper and better ot just use cheap vps. But for your question yea, just not worth.

If you have a large map, over 100mb, you will need more ram.
