Seems like dmg/def etc multipliers. I think they just work in simple way, if for example specific vocation melee attacks and it has formula meleeDamage="2.0" , it would hit 2x times stronger.

Please notice that its not default tfs feature, so you need to check sources/data for their implementation to be sure how they are really works.
