Vocation NPC

Greetings,

I would like to request an NPC that gives you a vocation if you reached level 8.
Yep like the island of destiny NPCS, but make one simple for me (configurable if possible please)
You can start off by knight and I'll copy and paste from there..

I'm pretty sure you are looking for an NPC like the oracle in rook? Just use that one

1. I can't seem to find one working for 9.54
2. Im not looking for a npc to give you a new location or anything just the vocation
