Vocation skilling WRONG!

I had a random crash the other day which resulted in my characters skill rocketing to 37000~ or something rediculus, but since then my vocations skills are going much slower than they should be skilling slower than normal tib after skill 27~, however the vocation set to a lower skill rate, is skilling FASTER.. Almost 1 skill per hit.. Anyone know whats wrong???

Well im not sure its a problem with the console because it all worked fine, then out of nowhere it crashed, and since then its only been this with the skilling..
