vocation.xml help and standardset settings.

Hello, i got 2 questions were im stuck.

First of all the standardsets i want to change that how can i do that?

and second thing. the vocations i got a weird xml with vocations such as wizard, guardian.
i want remove them and only the normal vocations: sorcerer,druid,paladin,knight

and third thing all the spellbooks are for the vocation : Wizard not druid or sorcerer they cant wear them how can i change it to normal druid and sorcerer?
